clutch is leaking oil, seal replacment?

I changed the oil the day before installing my new exhaust, I noticed a bit of white smoke coming from the exhaust but because it was
A. A new used exhaust
And
B. I just did an oil change it was a bit normal.
I didn't think much of it, until today when I realized there was a little oil coming from the engine end of the clutch cable (where it engages) and the engage mechanism seems to have raised a tiny bit.

Is it difficult to change the seal or fix an issue like this? Or should I bring it to a mechanic?
