z1r rotor coming loose

what can i do with this today the rotor came loose when i tried the starter button ,
The previous owner changed engine so the crank is with aligment key but the rotor is without.
But everytime it is clean, polished, locktite on the bolt and also locktite on crank.
So new gasket everytime and today i pushed the starter before cover was back on and rotor was loose after three times on starter button
So my tought that this is good enough?? Others that had same problem and fixed it? thanks

You need the earlier rotor and woodruff key.
The bolt on those keyed cranks is only 8mm and can't be tightened enough to hold without the key.
The later keyless cranks went up to 10mm on the rotor bolt to compensate.
I always lightly lap the rotor to the crank with some fine grinding paste for a perfect fit.
Never had one spin yet after doing that.

rotor and woodroof key is on, testdrive is done and everything is perfect.
The starter clutch is also working nicely, because this was binding with the other rotor.
So the bike will be on the road again. Thanks again for helping
