I've ordered from Partzilla probably 20 times now. I've been happy with their service, but I order from them because they are consistently the cheapest source I can find for factory parts. Often cheaper than other sites by a fair amount.

As for service, they have a good order status page so you can track your order status, and if the page fails to update they generally reply to my emails about status within 24 hours.

And as others mentioned, no place has parts on the shelf of the oddball items I typically order for my 36 year old motorcycle. Every site, and every dealer, orders them from Kawasaki and then reships them to you.
