Complete Cluth Assembly Brand New Parts. was created by 4TheKZ1000
Well the Japanese are punching out inner clutch hubs. The only problem is you have to buy the entire setup.

Thought I would post item for inspection. It's about $ 700.00

Yes! Make your clutch more prone to wear with an alloy basket
Rest of it is nice though and price is ok too.

not sure when using the KZ trans with a "J "clutch assembly how the clutch push rod would work since there are a couple of differences, usually we replace the "J "with a KZ since the basket is the weak link on a "J"

B) No thanks ...I've seen too many aluminum baskets blown up on engines with High H.P.. I don't care if the steel (OEM) take more h.p. to spin.......... I can always turn the boost up........ B) B)

:( :( i will stick with the trusty steel oem basket with heavy springs and welded rivets

Yea, I have taken apart many a "J'" and GPZ 1100 where the only thing left of the clutch was the outer gear, inner basket, the steel plates, and half of the pressure plate!!! These were all street bikes, not drag bikes.

NEVER have I seen a KZ outer basket come apart. Seen a few where the dampner springs became loose, but thats about it!!!

Thats one thing I miss about not working in a dealership. When the mechanic comes up front laughing, and saying you ain't going to believe this, you got to come look at this!!!! I miss a good laugh once in a while!!!
