78 KZ1000 jugs

Hi guys,
replacing all upper end gaskets.This block has the space for red rubber "0" rings at the bottom of cylinder where it meets case.

Question: do I press these down into the groove or just roll them down till they stop?

steve just roll them down to the bottom.when you install the cylinders and tighten them down the o-rings will compress into the grooves like they are supposed to .
