take out the plugs and spray carb cleaner in the cylinders. warning you may need to change your oil after due to the solvent going past the pistons.

there was an occasion where I dumped a half container of lucas fuel additive in my bike and forgot about it. When I started it the next day i about threw a fit thinking there was dirty oil dripping out of the exhaust, so I called around looking for parts.

One more suggestion:
Redline fuel treatment
more aggressive than Seafoam

I put about 4 ounces of marvel mystery oil in my tank a couple days ago.(4 ounces treats up to 10 gallons) the last 3 times I filled it up probably equals 10 gallons or so. I am going to wait for it to cool down(two hour ride) and pull the spark plugs to get a look-see at the cylinders.

I have inspected the plugs and 400 miles is too soon to tell if they are fouled. the carbon on the pistons is on top of the pistons no problem there if it doesn't need to b pulled apart why not just leave it. other than that I put some carb cleaner in the cylinders which is probably in the oil now.
