What might it take to put turbo set up on my 77 650b1
Her name SLUTTYBITCH AKA BAMBY
2005 Busa front end stretched and rake 34 degree lowerd 1"
Chopper spoked wheels

Im not sure if anybody makes an actual 650 kit,you might check 750turbo.com

There has been a few done, from time to time I'll see turbo exhaust for the 650/750 on ebay. You may have to pc. one together.

Would the dyna s ignition i have wrk w the boost i have 26 mm carbs that wrk also? Ima doo more reaseach .. . Theres my 05 10" stretched bigbore zuma w pipe,and all the extras in the drive train, and my 10 " lowerd ruckus also stretched shaved but 11" ,... And my next project the CSR 1000 12000mi runs great very good start im hoping obvi not a 77 but cleaaan

It's a lot of work to turbo a 650 properly. Kawasaki did the hard work for you when they brought out the 750 turbo, so if you can pick up one of those complete with fuel injection system, loom and exhaust you'll save your self a lot of time and trouble, and it's easy to swap the turbo engine into the 650 frame.
The turbo engine has low compression pistons, stronger rods, stronger gearbox, an oil scavenge pump for the turbo, a larger clutch, electronic ignition, a better cam chain...the list goes on.

My 760cc bike was back in the late 1990s. The 810cc bike was last run in 2006. I'm working on a 904cc bike but don't hold your breath waiting for that one :laugh:
