My cam plugs are almost inside the engine.

Could it be the loose valve seals I have are
vacuuming the crankcase? They have a lip on the
outside and I can't see why they would slide inward.

Cept for the fact the motor is mighty, and mean?

The vacuum is more powerful than the almighty
black hole?

I'm just trippin and none of what I say is really happening?

I repeat myself constantly and none of what I say makes sense
so why should this?

Help me out here, you all know I need it.

zx6 stand down
R6 stand down
Cbr stand down

r1 better be be quick on the throttle too things happen out there...

If your not ready, I will be.

Just get me out ahead, that's all I need. And try to catch me.

You'll have to work for it and there is no quarantee.

Just another payment due.

Now over to Ricks to build his mopar 360, crank in last night,
Keith blacks go in and heads, then it's cam timing 101.

Gotta help a brother out...

Gotta say boo yaa!

knoe bodee knows.....

My 750 twin isn't mighty or mean, but it still sucked one of the new Kawi camplugs I installed inward just like yours. We should put up a sticky on this saying how to install them so they hold position.

When Kawasaki designed the KZ650 engine they eliminated the problem of cam plugs being spit out or sucked in by running a cam cover bolt through the center of each plug (see pic). Is there enough metal on your engine’s cylinder head and cam cover to perhaps drill a small hole in the top of the head and bottom of the cam cover and install a thin roll pin running between the 2 holes and through the cam plug? This should keep the plug from moving out of position. Ed

A little known fact about Ed himself, is that he also appears exactly as the day he did when purchasing this particular 650 in 1977... Through some combination of black magic, and the power of Kawasaki. :woohoo:
