Spark plug not firing...leaking oil? What to repla

So my 2nd cyl isnt firing... it is leaking a small amount of oil-but for the life of me, I cannot find what to replace or what gasket/seal to replace!

I have the diagram attached and have taken the plug out and checked it out- blackened like it's running rich and it is wet.

Is the plug just ruined or something worse usually the culprit?

If your referring to the valve seals we talked about, it's the valve seals, would be number 92049: OIL SEAL,RV37129.5 863989 on bikebandit.com oem parts, valves.

you can see it in the attached picture. it keeps oil from leaking into the cylinder through the valves. As far as the spark plug, replace it, and/or remove it, hook it up to the spark plug wire, ground the plug to the casing and crank the engine over a few times and see if it sparks regularly.
