Add shim size fitted to current gap size and deduct gap required (this case.15mm) gives you shim required.
Factory quoted maximum is .15mm which is the gap i have quoted for.
I wouldn't go below .10mm

this is what I got for the valve clearance

# 1 INTAKE GAP= 0.18mm
SHIM=2.45mm
#2 INTAKE GAP= 0.14mm
SHIM=2.50mm
#3 INTAKE GAP= 0.15mm
SHIM=2.30mm
#4 INTAKE GAP= 0.16mm
SHIM =2.25mm

#1EXHAUST GAP=0.16mm
SHIM=2.10mm
#2EXHAUST GAP=0.15mm
SHIM=2.25mm
#3EXHAUST GAP=0.13mm
SHIM=2.25mm
#4EXHAUST GAP=0.16mm
SHIM=2.55mm

I'm done with this valve adjustment for now.I had to take the head to the shop twice yesterday for heli coils.#1 Intake bothers me,but it's in spec.

You can get that 1 intake to .13mm with a 250 shim.
But running .18mm isn't unheard of on fast road/race motors.
Those low area 200 shims would be worth rectifying now though and save the expense of a further top end strip in the near future due to lack of adjustment.

ZED,

Which shims should I address and what size shim should I use.

I fired her up today, sounds awesome. The first 10 minutes of riding I had to adjust and re-adjust the idle screw. I take it the engine was too tight and was freeing itself.....

It idles better now. Is there any way to fine tune this engine? I do have a timing light. The reason is that when I'm gearing down I can hear a poping noise from the exhaust.... Almost like a mild backfire. THIS IS A VIDEO MY SON MADE WHEN i TOOK HIM FOR A RIDE AROUND THE BLOCK.

You ought to get the throttle bodies balanced and strobe the ignition now that you've given it a run.
Re-check the shims and try to get them as close to 0.15mm as you can.
Popping exhaust could be a few things. Valve not seating, excess fuel burning in the pipe, Air leak on the exhaust,wrong fuel mixture,
Get the intakes balanced and timing spot on first then give it a run and check plug colour.
