I'm rebuilding my z900 motor got all the bits so far, J head, s/s valves, camchain conversion top pulley (alot of APE parts) rings/gudeons for the 1200 wiseco pistons i've 'been' running, case and head studs, 36 flatslides etc etc and i've put an order in for a crank from Falicon cranks, quite alot of money (approx 4g + freight & customs + others i'm guessing) got the message back afew months ago that there's a bit of a wait - fair enough first it was acouple of months then alittle longer now i'm starting to wonder. I've had a similar story/experience with JMC swingarms which has made me abit of a scepical %^&t, does'nt anyone give a f#@k about us dudes down here! hmmm sorry it's getting late and to much scotch, Anyway if anyone does have any good news other than there cranks look like there the best on this earth I would really appreciate it your views.
Cheers Mick

what are you planning on doing with the bike ?
i had a 900 crank done by falicon for one of my turbo motors a few years back with big center pin and knife rods didnt cost me nearly that much.
its pretty hard to hurt a good stock welded crank thats been checked out and trued before welding on a motor that small with carbs on the street, unless you ride like omr that is! :woohoo:

Are you buying a crank outright or did you send them one?

It's not necessarily a waste of money... cranks are a well-known weak point on these bikes. It all depends upon what's going into the engine.

mickowa, can we talk you into starting a build thread?!?!? B)
