Oh you got lint in your navel  The technical term is "snarf"....

Toilet paper.... My GOD  In Nebraska thats called the Sears Catalog :woohoo:

All over the state, people went into panic when Sears sent out CDROMS instead of the old paper catalog. The smart ones broke them into pieces and used them as scrapers :silly:

The not so smart ones are.......well, we won't go there right now

NEVER handle toilet paper when stoned on Mountain Dew

On a serious note... Replace all lower end seals and O-rings.....

Inspect Oil pump for tolerances... See manual.

Inspect clutch basket/fingers now.... See manual.
Replace if required... The clutch plates/springs can be accomplished when assembled but the basket, nope..
Split again....

Get the items listed in this image...

Cases:
3 Bond

Cylinder gasket: Copper Spray...
For gaskets (Thanks Plumi/Lar) for follow the directions for tacking the gasket on both sides... Not on drop/leak....

RTV Gasket for head groove if going to single gasket versus dual... Lar taught me this one as well, slight smearing on valve cover gaskets, gaskets easily pop off after usage when periodic valve/shim adjustments...;)

Also, get the OEM manual listed for the Z1, 98% same as yours... ;)

kzrider.com/index.php?option=com_docman&...d&gid=434&Itemid=108

Take your time, double check your torques/procedures/manual/notes etc... and you'll be golden....

Good luck...

Hold Everything!!!

Otto's got a new chemical that eliminates all gaskets

Assemble the motor and spray it on the outside.... DONE DEAL

It not only eliminates oil leaks, it also:

* Lubricates the moving parts inside
* Cleans the combustion chamber as you ride
* Improves Gas Mileage
* Prevents valves from ever needing adjustment

Not well known to the general public but there's a pendeing patent for "Ottomoniazddpethlhydrogluten"

19.95 for a 16oz spray can. Will do one complete inline four cylinder motor up to 1260cc capacity.

WARNING! Must be used in conjunction with BS34 Mikunis to have full affect ;)

Where the hell are you Otto :)
