Just get any modern o or x ring chain. They'll be fine.

I snaped a o ring chain with my 1015 (630). As long as you dont do hole shots your ok but i went with a 350HP (630)non o-ring chain Lenny.....

yeah i had seen that site. was looking at the 530 zzz 1100 tensile. $200.

I've had very good luck using the DID 530ZLS on my FJ1200. It lists as having 10,520 lbs T.S. The last one did over 20k miles on the street. I also always use steel Sunstar sprockets. Yes, they do cost a bit more then the lesser chains and sprockets, but my bikes are worth it.

gotchya, my rear is aluminum, but my front is steel. will that matter?

Aluminum rear sprockets dont last like steel sprockets. If its a race bike sure, go ahead. If its a street bike, not so much.

This may be the ultimate rear sprocket!
