rear wheel spins while in neutral?

while on the center stand, in neutral... the rear wheel spins.. grab it with your hand and it stops...
let go, it starts again..
on the road, the clutch pulls fine, no slipping...
over the years, I have noticed other bikes doing this.. slightly.
but nothing ever this bad... the wheel is spinning quite fast....
thoughts?

revving motor in neutral
Kept waiting on the gent to press the brake pedal, but he never did. :lol:
I would've had to do so on general principle. :laugh:

i know this sounds self explanatory but....it can however be highly dangerous as owners use this free wheeling activity to clean the rear wheel.......i myself have almost lost a finger nail or had a rag suck my fingers into the rear sprocket...........trying to clean rims while the bike is running in neutral works until the first time where like me you lay the meat of a finger tip open...sounds...dumb.......many have this lesson down though,.....
