Good oven mitts ,
Make sure ALL the O rings are out ,
They stink ,
And I start about 325 ,
Put it on a cookie tray ,
Support the edges with something that wont burn ,
3/8 SS tubing works good ,
With the cyl upside down ,
And wait for the thunk.

If that's too expensive and you have access to a lathe just turn your own out of cast iron pipe - you only need two.

whats wrong with your sleeves with that low of miles? Thanks. This is good info for the future, since the KZ750B twin has but 8500 miles. Bought it new in 1979, and if I only put another 8500 miles by bike age 60, then this info may really be moot at best. That would put me 95 years old, also. Let's see, can you mount a KZ using a cane? Kidding aside, I haven't found any sleeves advertized for this bike.
