KZ 650 did not come with hivo cam chains KZ 750 and GPZ 750 had the hivo chains you can install KZ 650 cam sprockets on to KZ 750 or the GPZ 750 cams.

As far as valve springs go, all the following models use the same inner and outer springs according to kawasaki.com
And the 81-83 CSR 650's listed are the ones with HyVo cam chain.
