my god i look good thanks for speeding up my work outs with results like that every body should be on the patton program can you just imagine what some of our good freinds on here would look like after such an intense program. what we need now is some before and after shot's. don't let us down o wise one.

larry i think what's going on may be due to global warming with loss of our precious ozone layer our gravity has increased by a factor of .5 so i think that was my main problem. i could not have anything to do with my age or codition could it.

I had to lift a complete 650 motor form the floor into a shipping crate last summer. ENOUGH OF THAT NONSENSE...

When I assembled my bike, I laid the engine on it's side on a blanket and set the frame over it. Much easier..
