If it runs pretty good and doesn't smoke might as well enjoy it. If you are not able to ride it because of your age(14), then it might be worth while fixing it up the way you want it until you can ride it.

Well, I'll buy it. I'll do the leakdown and compression test with oil. I'll do the compression test while its cold with the oil, then i'll do it warmed up.

your motor with those kinds of numbers should be fine these motors were fairly low compression stock so those numbers aren't to far off.
