I must say, that "Bob T. blasting down to Pep Boys to grab some heat wrap" guy looks like Bill Murray! I half expected that photo's caption to read something like "Bill Murray astride his 194x Harley -- Murray is an avid golfer *and* motorcycle restorer." Looks just like him.

Wraping might be an option until you get the pipe you want. At least you can ride it until you figure out where you are going with it
