1977 KZ650-C1 Original Owner - Stock (with additional invisible FIAMM horn)

If it's a KZ750-4 simply remove the #1 & #3 spark plugs. If it's a KZ750 twin you only need to remove the #1 spark plug.

Get a Kerker (best), Vance & Hines (better), or Mac (good) pipe and then start experimenting with the baffle until the sound you want comes out of the end.

You basically can't make these old bikes sound anything close to the penetrating off-beat rumble of a Harley.
The crank positions and engine/exhaust volumes are completely different. No matter what exhaust you get, your bike will still have a continous, not so "bass-y" note.
It's the nature of the beast, and its what's required to go faster!

PS. I really do like the sound of Kerkers', but it is nothing close to the volume of Screamin' Eagles.
PPS. OH Yeah! , If you screw with your baffles, you WILL LOSE POWER - just like a Harley :laugh:
