Just curious here, how will the supply line be plumbed so that when the thermostat is nearly closed, the engine does not starve for oil?

Fittings! I don't need no stinking fittings!!
Thanks for the heads up, but I scored a gpz oil pan on a $19 BIN about a month back. I have a gpz oil cooler and lines also from an e-bay purchase awhile back.
I plan on using the fittings off of the gpz hoses and making my own stainless hoses (everyone likes the look of braided steel lines right?)
The only think I am missing is the thermostat...

A trick I picked up when building paintball gear, we did not want to ruin our $1000 anodizing work so we would put shrink wrap on the braided steel lines... you could even get clear shrink wrap (which is what I would do here).
bugger link didn't work so no paintball gun pic to show you, but yeah some of the ano that folks do is intense and expensive. Scratches from braided steel lines are not appreciated.
