Thanks for the response. I finally came across a manual fpdf file or my specific engine/year, and the number is claimed to be b/t 45/46. With the Z6EX mark parallel to the front of the head on the exhaust cam, and the IN line on the intake cam parallel to the rear of the head, count 45 teeth from the exhaust cam and the IN line should be directly after the 45th pin.
Is there anywhere I can submit the manual pdf on this site? I tried finding it in the filebase here and it's not there.
