MMO or ATF

Plugs out...watch that you don't strip the head.
Pour liberal amount in each jug.

Let her sit a bit.
Put in 2nd or 3rd, get on the saddle, and rock back and forth for 5 minutes. If no go, wait a few hours and try again. If no go, wait a day , add a little more ATF/MMO and try again. Don't give up for at least a week-10 days.

Isn't the point moot. A frozen engine will have to be torn down anyway. There will be serious damage if there is enough water or corrosion in the engine to freeze it so why not just do it the right way with a tear down?

My engine was sitting for years too and it wasn't stuck. Inside the whole time.

I had a friend that bought a V65 that had been sitting under the eve of a house for six months and it was stuck. They tood a wrench on both sides of the engine and got it unstuck with no ill effects. Roy

Only if it smokes :-) and when you do want to tear it down, it's tough to get jugs off when they're stuck to the pistons. mmmm jugs mmmm

Good compression, no smoke, regardless, if it's stuck, it's coming apart.
