Not sure, how about the timing? Maybe try a little starting fluid.

odl666, I have the Dyna S and matching Dyna Coils and when I installed it I had to go through a two part timing procedure:
- Static timing
- Dynamic timing (Timing Light)

The Dyna S comes with all the timing procedure information.
Do you have it? If not, see here for the procedure I received with mine (DS2-2):

Best of success. :)

If you have good compression, good fuel/air mixture getting into the cylinders, and spark at the right time, you should have a running engine. Check each of the basics. Are the plugs wet? Read the manual for timing instructionsand compare it to the Dyna instructions.

Good luck!

you need to install the dyna according to the directions, also, I ran into a issue with mine the coil wires were backwards, no big deal, swap them and its all good.

also are the plugs wet from all the kicking, if so you may have gas fouled them, and NEW plugs will be needed

Begin by assuring enough gas in tank.

Assure ample fuel flow from:
Petcock;
In-line filter.

Assure ample fuel flow into:
Float bowls.

Assure float bowl fuel level is to specs (use clear tube test).

Assure float bowls are correctly venting.

Given ample fuel flow into float bowls at correct level with proper venting, blockage from the float bowl to the combustion chamber is usually in the carb pilot circuit.

Good Luck! :)

Caution! You punch you break! You need a new carb. Very fragile stuff :(

Put Kroil on the pins for a couple days and see if they free up. Ed
