What options are there for a gauge for oil pressure? Like I've seen the ones that screw in the oil fill port, just don't remember if they were for a 650/750 block. any ideas?

The service manager at Whittier Kawasaki told me not to run one on my 650. He said they run such low presure that it would just scare me.

The oil pressure on the older 4's is I believe 2.8 to 3 PSI when the engine is fully warmed. It will take a special low pressure gauge to read it due to roller bearing crankshafts.

650's and 750's use a plain bearing crank so they use quite a bit higher oil pressures than a 900 or 1000. according to the factory manual the pressure should be between28-36 lbs and the port to check it is located directly underneath the ignition housing.

I got one a long time ago for my 750. I think I got it from JC Whitney. It has fittings that screw into the hole in the crankcase where the stock sending unit goes. Oil pressure is kind of like the weather: you can measure it and talk about it, but (short of an engine rebuild) there's nothing you can do about it.
