Ok, bike in the sig. Got it all back together and am reusing the Keihens for now just to freakin' ride. They were fine before, but now they stumble sometimes around mid rpm (like 7-ish) and the plugs are perfectly light grayish-light brownish. I synced them just this past weekend, sober even, and they are dead on. but I didn't check the air screw idle screw thingys. With a DJ kit stage 3 and the other mods should the carbs need a complete readjust from the ground up? Also after reading WGs forum alittle the best neddle is the stock one, but what to do with it? Jack it up a little with washers or on the stock location? The stupid carbs also drive me crazy with the overflowing bowls, last time it was the number 4, now number 1, and I tried to bend the tab up a little to seat the float needle more but no dice, is there an oring or something to replace? I know this is alot but I haven't ridden in over a year because of fiddling with this bike and I am ready to ride and ride it right!
