Hey valikkool,
Which 750 do you own, there are plenty of them. How about some specifics on your ride.

I put a Jardine header on a Seca 750 and it sounded awsome. It had a slim canister on the end and looked good. Roy

Actually, that's easier to find out than you might think.
Kawi only made one KZ750 in '79, and that was the KZ750-B4 twin.
You can look up parts for your bike by going to the Kawasaki.com website . :)

I like the Dunstal Decibel replica mufflers on the 750 twins, ~$100 a pair delivered to your door at Dennis Kirk.

The Dunstall Decibel Silencers have to be the nicest sounding mufflers you can put on a twin. Been around Brit bikes for over 30 years, and they are the muffler to have.

Post a picture so we can identify it :)
From the various things you have said, I am leaning towards it being a 1980 KZ750G. the VIN and the date of Manufacture listed on the sticker behind the headlight would allow me to positively identify it.

Does it look like the bike in my avatar on the left?

Here is a 79 KZ750B (wheels are aftermarket Morris mags and it has a MAC exhaust)

And my current ride, (and the one on my avatar) a 1980 KZ750G (Superbike bars, converted to dual disk front brakes, and crappy aftermarket exhaust but otherwise stock).

After reading all your posts I have noticed that you have not stated that it is a twin, just that it's a 79.
Just in case you are reading the date of manufacture off the steering head, it could be a 1980 KZ750 LTD four manufactured in 1979. So here is a picture of an 81 (80 should be similar).
