Exhaust emmissions block off plate was created by bubbap
I have seen some block off plates for kz1000's for the emmisions on the top of the valve cover. Ape makes a set for them. Any Idea where I could find a set for my KZ650? Or even if the kz1000 ones will fit (I don't think they will but don't know for sure)?
I already understand what will happen if I put these on performance wise and, I already have them blocked, but it isn't so pretty.

APE Performance, you might contact them and see if they dont make the plates for the 650s.Another option is finding stainless steel or chrome acorn nuts large enough fit over air-hose tubes, and JB Weld The nuts into place making sure to seal the nuts completely. You also need the reed plates in place to keep back pressures and exhaust gasses in their respective ports.

If someone with several of these 650 cam covers would send us one, we would find out once and for all if ours fit.

I have 3 full sets of these covers, and would be more than happy to send some to you. If you would email me your shipping info I will ship them right away. I know many others would love to have these on their bikes as well.

Thanks,

yes,install and ride.

check to see how your crank case is vented below the air box.it may need a little k&N filter if the stock air box is gone.
