R&B turbo set-up. Not sure about now, but they used to be one of the better set-ups going years ago. Definitely not a Z1R turbo set. This looks like a much better set-up then those. Will work on a KZ1000 or a J/GPZ if I'm not mistaken.

Are they any good? I heard that it's better to buy a new one than the old ones as the tech is much improved upon. How much do you think it will go for?

The old set-ups aren't as good as the new ones by any means but they work just fine unless you are going for mega HP. Also, those new turbo's, although much better, also have a much newer price tag to go along with them. Those old ATP set-ups, as well as this one I'm sure, will be strong enough to more then put a smile on your face and surprise anyone who wants to test you and your bike. I've seen turbo set-ups priced around $1200-$1500 on E-Bay but don't remember which set-up they were. Really depends on how many guys are looking at the time. If the price seems reasonable to you then buy it. You can always update later if you decide you want to spend mega-$$$ to be new. Boils down to how much YOU want to spend.

No I was just asking. Of course a new turbo is like 4 grand or more. That to me is out there. But I here they have a habit of burning pistons on nice hot days.
I heard the old ones also were very unreliable. I don't know but I am glad you do and thanks. I was thinking of maybe bidding on it but who knows? It does look like it is good shape which is what it would have to be because what happens if those parts break and since they are so old you have to fabricate parts to make work. I don't have any tools like that or the skills to do that stuff.
Well, thanks for the feedback. I was tempted to bid on it if it stays low perhaps I will but I doubt it. Last minute someone will snipe it for sure.
