Baffle For My Kerker? was created by Russ Jackson
Here is the back of my exaust pipe. It is way too loud. Where can I get a baffle for this set up? I get along with my neighbors right now and would like to keep it that way...Russ

EricHa's dynoman link is far better than the following, but I'll mention another site that might possibly be of interest.

Don't know if still available, but Mac used to market a $44.95 baffle to fit Kerker muffler.

For more info, go to this link by clicking > Here

In left column, click on Exhaust Parts.

Then click on Baffles for Exhausts (it's the next to last "blinky" button).

Scroll down to Kerker for $104.95

And on down to Mac baffle for Kerker @ $44.95 (out of stock)

:pinch: out of stock :pinch:

Could email distributor to inquire about future availability cycle@crc2onlinecatalog.com

or try the telephone number listed on the website 317-634-7550

Hours: Tues-Sat 11-5

Good Luck! :)

Yeah, I'd say Patton's idea is worth a try. $100 is a lot for a baffle. Then again, maybe worth it for neighbrohood harmony. :)

If I was much younger I would'nt mind. If some jack azz down the street was waking me up in the middle of the night with that open pipe we would have a little chat. I shut it down now even during daylight hours and coast. That place you reffered Patton will have them in next week Thanks...Russ

Is the existing Kerker baffle going to come out okay? Sometimes it's a real challenge to remove a baffle that's been in there a long time without damaging the can. In that case, it might be time for Plan B.

Good Luck! :)

Plan B?

I am sure I will get it out one way or another. If anyone has suggestions for its removal it would be appreciated. It is actually in pretty good shape but you never know...Russ

Another good source for Kerker and V&H baffles -

Kerker Baffles

$120!! wtf? Just noticed too that they only seem to sell the competition baffles like you already have. I sure wish I had a stock set up that I could trade you.

It's usually easiest to remove the megaphone and push the baffle out from the inside. You can use wood or thick plastic, whatever you have that won't beat up the baffle.

You can also loosen the bolt and take it for a little ride to blow that baby out!:P

There is no bolt visible. I really looks like it is pressed in. It goes about 10.5 inches into the Megaphone...Russ
