Repleacd the fuel line and vaccume tube and voila it runs better now than before.
I think it was the vaccume tube from the petcock.
The bike would run on choke for about a min and spit back through the carbs. now it is fine again.
I guess now I can get to painting.

Goes to show you that sometimes it is just a simple little item like a vaccume tube that can kill your bike.
I am sure that it was the vaccume hose, because I didnt really do anything else.
I would put money down that there are bikes out there for sale that people have given up on for really cheap prices that would run fine if someone with 1/2 a brain checked the vaccume line.
HA HA HA 4 months without my bike because of a friggen vaccume hose...
Anyways guys, sorry it want more spectacular ending to the story, but I am glad to be back in the saddle.
The problem was hiding in plain sight the whole time.
