Kerker Exhaust baffle ?

Im looking for pictures of the inner baffle from a kerker exhaust, so that I might have one built. If anyone can post some pic's of the inner cone and attached baffling, It would help me greatly.... Thanks wayne

I dont have a pic. of one, but why would you have one built? It would prob. be cheeper to buy one, unless you can do it yourself. last one I priced was $ 80.00

I work at a colorado prison and can have one built for about $20.00 .

why not get an end cap and put it on,it will be quieter than an open header and will help out at lower rpms,but will still be less restrictive at higher rpms than a baffle

Dennis Kirk sells the screen material already rolled into a tube. You just have to make some ends and weld them on.
I've made several, but I rolled and welded my own screen that I bought at a home improvement store.
Here are some diagrams for a couple different size Kerker K series canisters.
