1982 KZ750 M1 Csr

Hello all. I've only lurked around here for a short bit but seems to be a great bunch of folks. I'm hoping for some tips on my new project. About 1 week ago, I bought my first Kawasaki. It is a 1982 KZ750M1 twin with 8800 on the clock, no title but bill of sale (will apply for lost title from bill of sale)and a TX license plate with May of 1987 sticker on it. I knew when I bought it, that the motor was seized, but I was looking for a winter garage project since winter time is pretty mild here in Memphis, TN. I ended up getting the bike seized, but complete minus battery, kick start arm and seat cover for 40 bucks! I figured that if I'm going to play with something, this was the right one! The tank looks great from the outside, but is absolutely rusty inside. Still has the factory tires front and rear. The biggest booger on the bike is where the tach cable enters the head, there is no head, but only a enourmous hunk of JB weld surrounding the cable. I'll probably need a new head too to get past that one. After reading here for the last week, I've learned that quite possibly, my seized motor may be as a result of bad bolts on the starter clutch??? I still beleive that it will be worth pulling the head to inspect the pistons and cylinders for rust due to the JB weld art work. Before I learned of the starter clutch problem, I pulled the plugs and shot them with some PB Blaster to see if the problem was in there. My 3 year old son dropped a socket down the hole. I fished it out with a magnet but also found some rusty, metaly stuff on the end of my magnet, so I probalby need to go in, which I had planned on doing anyway.
First...can anyone lead me to instructions on how to get to the starter clutch? (service manual ordered and on the way)
Second...any tips and suggestions on getting her running would be greatly apprectiated.
Third... Anybody have a kickstart arm, battery, head and seat option for this beast?

Lastly, from what I've found, outside of the starter clutch, this seems to be a pretty solid bike. Yes? Anything else to be concerned about?

I'll only be cruising around locally on this bike for fun and stress relief and I plan to eventually make it very not cruiserish. Maybe go with a Bratstyle or Gravel Crew type of style (lowered fork and rear, powder coat the rims and spokes black, short rear fender, no front fender and maybe a cafe ish seat)like so...

Remove left side foot peg
Remove left side sprocket cover
Remove left side stator cover
(both left side covers)
Starter clutch is bolted to back side of rotor.
I use a spare axle to pop rotors off, rotor is a taper fit on the crank.

I probably have a spare head and kickstarter, but keep in mind I'm slow at getting around to doing things.
