Hey i have a friend who has a 78 kz 650 and he is missing a few things like the ignition and coils and stuff and he found a parts bike that is a 78 kz 750, will most of the stuff be interchangeable?? Thanks guys

is the 78 kz 750 a 2 cylinder?
74 Z1a 900 (Apart and making it better than ever)
77 Kz 650b (Threw a rod, going to sandwich in a 900 or 1000 motor)

most of it should work then.

Then the 750 is not a 78, it has to be 80 or newer to be a 750 four.

1980 models will have build dates (Manufactured Date) on the neck of 7/79 to 6/80.
