Thanks for posting up the jet sizes. Gives us an idea where to start with similar setups.
What did you use for back-pressure?

mitch.dail... It has stock headers. When you cut the stock exhaust you have to be care full if you want to keep the baffles. They are pretty close to the outside edge. I used a sawzall. I started the 2" pipes after the H pipe that goes under the bike. It was right before the stock shield ended so I could cover up the joint.
mumbles... I drilled a hole in the bottom of the exhaust pipe about two inches in on the bottom. Then I welded a washer that was a little smaller diameter to my pipe onto a bolt. Then I bolted it down. I saw this on a guys Harley and he said he can turn it to increase or decrease the back pressure. Sounded good to me.
I can post pics later if wanted...

Oh ya... I was going to mention that I have not checked my plugs yet to see how she is running. I plan to do that Saturday morn. Then I'll see how close I am, but at least I'm closer than I was:cheer:

kzkx, you running any baffles at all? I ended up putting two sets in my single 2" pipe to keep the sound down to a low roar.
My brother has a sportster with straight pipes and he did the washer trick your talking about. Made just enough back pressure to make the bike run nice.

Ya I put some 4" baffles and I opened the end up on them. Ya they are kinda loud, but not to the point where they are annoying. The sound is different though.
