I've done some searching but all I can come up with are threads about the bigger engines.

Will this grommet www.z1enterprises.com/detail.aspx?ID=373 fit a 750 twin as well as the 900's and 1000's? I called Z1 and the guy there didn't know.

Judging by this graphic, it looks like the one you want is a semi-circle-type...

UPDATE: Folks I have no idea why this pic is so large, I have it restricted in size to 350! Oh well, sorry..

Wow, where did you find such a good scan of the parts diagrams?

I'm talking about the grommets right below part numbers 29 and 30, those look similar to the ones at Z1. Maybe I used the wrong name.

HERE'S A LINK to the parts diagrams.

Sorry, I was looking at the wrong year earlier when
I quickly posted my reply. I realize now you have the
earlier model (the '76 - '77 style), so it may work.

On the other hand, it may not. Looks like you get to
try it and report back to the world...

Thanks guys. I'll give it a try. If they aren't right, I'm going to try to re-install the old ones with some permatex right stuff around them. That stuff is amazing.
