Umm, I believe the cam sprockets he is looking for are KZ650
(I had to search as I didn't know either).

Have slotted some years ago and they are very hard. Need to use a carbide end mill.

There has never been a demand for the 650s so we have never made them.

Carbide is one way. Wire EDM is another .

Unless you have other major performance parts in the engine you're really not going to notice any improvement in the engine.
When you degree the cams you're not adding any power only moving it to a different RPM range.
*1977 1000, 1975 KZ998 LSR bike.
