That looks l=more expensive than the Z1r. What does the intake manifold look like on the Z1R.

Magnuson intake manifold on the Z1R is a two piece unit. One side bolts to the head, the other side bolts to the blower with a gaskit in between. One of the sides has a blow off valve which is spring loaded and adjustable. Not a waste gate - just a safty precaution in case of a backfire. Backfires are bad on blowers :( It also has a pressure tap so that a hose can be attached and go to a boost gauge or in my case, the ignition to handle boost retard. It also has another boss that I could tap out for another pressure outlet if I needed it.As you can see - the manifold is very thin from back to front unlike some of the more modern turbo manifolds we see on the market today. Not particularly better, just different.
