A Kawasaki KLX300 is what I ride around town now, it does 80mpg rode conservatively. Planning this project because I don't think gas prices will stop rising, and I just want to continue riding the big, wonderful KZ as much as I can. It really hurts the pocket riding it daily.

LPG will only provide 70% of the power of gasoline no matter what you do to it. Roadworthy vehicles must have registered tanks, not cylinders.
LPG will hardly run right in the middle of summer, let alone the cooler months.
The good news is almost 0 emissions.
I'll stick to gas thanks.
