Thats the stuff for sure. Maybe I'll do that to my bike one of these days. I got a Garrett GT12 turbo sitting around somewhere, and a FI computer. What bikes from that era came with FI? The GPz turbo did i assume.

steell is there something better about the 750 turbo clutch basket? I have heard of people wanting them (other than your comment) and I never knew why. Is this something i should be checking ebay for :)

Don't know anything about it being better, I just need one for the GPz750 Turbo because the rubber dampers are shot and I don't think it would be a good idea to bolt/rivet it solid.

If I don't find one, I may try banding a GPz750 clutch basket and see how that works.

What bikes from that era came with FI? The GPz turbo did i assume.

yea, it might be strong enough the banded clutch basket, maybe it won't leave me stranded in nowhere ville with a dead cellphone and a hundred miles to walk :laugh: :laugh:
