From what I understand reading posts around here - the slotted bolt holes on the adjustable sprockets are so you can get a degree wheel and a pointer and degree in the cams so they are 100.00% perfectly aligned, to allow for the precisest ignition timing.

I have a full day planned tomorrow in my uncle's garage with a flea-bay front rim in nice conditon, ready to
beadblast!!:cheer:
