how much horse power ?

Hi, I can buy a 77 KZ1000 LTD from a guy up the road who has owned the bike from new. The bike has a wiseco 1145 kit installed and 36mm mikuni flatslide carbs and a Kerker header with no baffles. My question is how much horse power would this probably have.
I dont think that the bike is worth the 1,500 that he wants, please give me your feed back I would appreciate your help. This bike hasnt been on the road since 1992 is now in a dry barn however, every year he claims to have put oil into the cylinders and roll the engine over with the starter. The chrome is not to bad with some pitting here and there, the paint is original on the tank as well as the side covers.Heres a link to a picture.... img46.imageshack.us/my.php?image=kz1000bs9.jpg

Bike does not look to bad. Rusty chain and leaky carbs. Would take a bit of work but perhaps not to much if it turns over. According to bikez.com a standard 1977 Z1000 (the EU version of KZ) had 85 hp so 1145 should add a few more horses.

Location ? ....... I'd say somewhere in the Great White North B) judging by the empty beer cases.

1.00 a cc if it is stock and runs- not wrecked- is my general guideline to begin negotiations. less is better but nobody likes to be insulted.
nice carbs and a bigbore kit might get surprised on a set of cams too! bonus at 1500.00+ what it takes to get running again.

not knowing what head flow is like or cams and compression. I'd guess the wheel horse at maybe 110 not to much more than that on engine alone.

i agree on the fact it is worth it if it really does have a big bore kit and dissagree on the paint being aftermarket.
it looks exactlly like my 77.
there are also a couple in the gallery that have the same paint.

I was hoping the horse power would be a little higher than 110. The paint scheme is the exact scheme that I had on my 1977 several years ago.
