Do you know any firemen ?
Or body repair men ?
See of you can dig up a portapower setup.
(hand held hydraulic press setup)

Face it, if you have been hitting on it and heating it,
your crank is SHOT !!!

Time to start looking for a new one (unless you are luckier then I ever have been) Or find someone to rebuild yours.

It sounds like the stator spun on the crank and welded itself to the crank. :(

What is the correct thread size for the puller?
Is it 18mm X 1.5? 16mm 20mm? I want to get the correct tool before I try again.

For the bearing is steel ok?

OK, I ordered the bearing. It came to me at work today. As I suspected, it looks awful small, unless I don't understand something. 3/8 seems kind of small.

I am assuming that I insert the bearing so that it is seated in the top of the hole that the bolt that holds the rotor on threads into. And this is to give me something for the 18mm bolt to push off of.

Is this correct? Is it really 3/8 inch?

were you able to find a bearing? If not it's cool. I might just end up cutting.
