It is possible to get power wheelies in 2nd and 3rd if you lower the gearing but I don't think you will with stock or close to stock gearing.
I haven't turboed anything but guessing at power to weight ratios.
Oh yeah, STAY FOCUSED!!! or you're going to end up with bike with lotsa $$$ in it and you'll still be passed by a Gsxr.

Try this link. It's pretty cool but I'm not sure if it factors in a wheelie bar and slick tire...

I'm going all NA on my Pro-street. 1428 13.5:1 to be exact. I'm going to need 140-150 rwhp to reach 9.50's.

work (big$$$).You will need a lot wider tire and rim
to get to the nines. The Kawasaki turbo guys have their own web site and support each other pretty good. You

Intercoolers help a lot to keep detonation at bay from the lower charge temperature, so you can up the boost a bit more.
Nitrous helps also by lowering the charge temperature as well. A 30 hp shot can give you more than that on a turbo engine simply by increasing the charge density.
Main problem is fuel quality. 95 octane fuel should get you to about 13/14psi boost. HP depends on all sorts of stuff really. Aim for around 140RWHP on road fuel. The skys your limit on decent race fuel. 200...230...260hp:evil:...... Should get you below 10 with some big wheely bars;)

KB Saturn fitted with a stock GPz750 turbo engine. Loads to do on this project.

also forgot to say i am trying to find carillo knife blade rods for it. i am going to take this 750 where no 750 has been before! i plan on running throttle in a bottle a nice 30 shot under the seat. i am going to spend a lot of money just to see the look on the gsxr's faces when i blow them away on an old air cooled inline 4.
It takes more than money to do that. Better learn to walk the walk before you talk the talk.
