WILL IT BOLT IN? was created by Grease Monkey
I have an 82 KZ1000 CSR and have come across an 80 LTD on the cheap. Frame is in much better condition than mine. Will my J motor bolt in to the LTD frame?
Thanks

If its an "old" style LTD with a Z1/Kz motor then no. I think '81 and up is the J style motor.
You can make it fit, but it's not a bolt in. A couple of the motor mounts moved around between the two.

ck out mrmagoo's project in the projects archive.he's doing a z1r the other way and shows what mounts he had to move around might be helpful.
