Got about 260 miles in with a couple buddies over the last two days....
got to love the Rockies!

Great roads around there, try to do them during the week days, weekends are very crowded.
There is a music festival that will be near South Fork CO on US HWY 160 August 7,8,9 again this year, it was a blast last year and they have camping on the fair grounds

04 Aug 2015 13:40Definitely one of the best rides in Colorado, hoping Pops and I can get a ride on that road in before the end of the season. Did it when I was younger on the back of Pops' Sportster when I was still in middle school (yeah yeah crack the jokesmissionkz wrote: Peak to Peak Highway US119....Somewhere between Nederland and Rollinsville off Highway 119.
The ride from Durango CO up US 550 through Red Mountain Pass and on to Montrose CO is FABULOUS, killer ride.
For most flat landers, a once in a life time ride....probably one of the top 10 in the USA and could be one of the best in Colorado.
) and remember just how killer it was, can't wait to ride it.
