In case you were too busy enjoying the Blues Fest Saturday night to get any shots, here is the bridge over your head,
These are the three bridges down river from the Interstate 74 bridge in Peoria crossing the Illinois River
1 Concrete span, 2 steel arch, 3 tower lift railroad bridge all in one shot.
Jim,
It was very good to see You and Mecca again thank you for meeting us, I'm sorry that we were unable to ride together that day, what a scorcher
We ended up heading out to the Mississippi the next day and running the East side of the big river up from Hamilton to Davenport before heading home.
That stretch of river road between Hamilton and Nauvoo is some of the finest we have ridden yet
Thanks for the great pics, the three bridges shot is one I didn't even think of until you brought it to my attention.
I'm sorry we missed the stone bridge in Quincy, next time
Last weekends ride we stayed in a hotel up in Reedsburg Wisconsin and caught a movie called "Gone Girl".
In the movie they kept showing a bridge that looks a lot like yours in Quincy, so when we got home I researched it and the movie was filmed in Cape Girardeau Missouri, down river from you.

and to see/hear the Illinois Blues Festival.
It was a good time even with Jonny Lang backing out at the last minute.

Taj Mahal closed the show
I'm just tired  (under the bridge)

This is all about me having trouble logging on and sending Patton a PM trying to figure it out,
I think I have figured out how to get on with out being rejected .
This thread is really getting muddied up

Yes he is.
I have been waiting a long time to see him.
He canceled a couple months worth of shows earlier this year including the Chicago Blues Fest.
I hope he's OK

We were having problems with the remember me button working. With the changes it works now. When I'm away at another location I have to try two or three times before I can get on. After that it works every time. Might be a security thing.
Sorry your thread has been muddied up and my part in it. Love the bridges.
