On a recent trip to Japan I made some time to go check out Ricoland. I'm not aware of any stores that exist like this anymore in the US as everything has moved online. It was awesome to see the displays of aftermarket parts. Crazy that they still have brand new parts on the shelves for these old Kawis. They really like the z900rs over there.

If you have a foreign passport you can buy this stuff tax free. The Japanese produced items can be quite cheap in that regard. I was hoping to buy a new Shoei helmet but the head shape they use for their domestic market is totally different than the US and didn’t fit my head. I did buy a really nice set of Taichi gloves. Here they retail for $329 - bought them there for about $200
