Johan Meyer Murdocks repair Z1R a thief please read was created by WILLZ
Hello Members, please be aware of the Kawasaki Z1R owner registry on FACEBOOK owner Johan Meyer, I sent my bike 8 months ago for a paint restoration, May 24 he sent a bill for 2900.00 was paid same day, stopped answering my calls and text, sent a driver yesterday to his shop which was a garage full of bikes, my bike was torn apart nothing done, the garage was open and he hid in his house as his wife told my driver she did not know his whereabouts, he is a coward and a thief please tell anyone not to deal with the scum, my Z1R was missing the tank, seat and, I have filed a police report with the Greenville NC police, here are the pictures my driver took.

I’m a member on his site. Seeing good reviews but personally I had reservations. Just a gut feeling nothing substantiated. Hopefully he mans up and makes you whole. Were you able to get the bike back.

Yep, these types are in the motorcycle community, unfortunately. Some of you may know a 'Wired George' who worked on carburetors. He sent a KZ900 body set for painting to someone in the Rio Grande Valley a few years back. This was in exchange for some carb work. When this person was contacted to retrieve the body set...the address was ficticious and WG never recovered his body set.

Good morning, yes my driver took the bike, handle bar was off he could not find the bolts, I paid with Paypal just in case and have put in a dispute for the money, 8 months nothing done, i will get my money back but the damage is done missing pieces. A coward for hiding in his own home while my driver took the bike, he had to be home garage was open with all the bikes, super bad taste in my mouth, I do not want to meet this guy I will lose it.

Sorry to hear about this WILLZ, from the looks of his garage I won't let him work on my lawnmower. I wonder where he was planning on doing the paint job in his driveway.
Eight months is a very long wait for a paint job. You made a few mistakes the first being paying before looking over the bike and not picking up the bike yourself. Hopefully paypal will return your hard earned money, as far as the missing tank & seat you need to file a small claims suit in the county and state he lives in right away. Good luck I hope it works out for you!
