Ignition and cam timing are ok. No restrictors since the bike is stock and i have the carb setting as per manual grom Kawasaki. The butterflies are working good. And the cable is not sticking. I feel like is something electrical

If your bike would have an EFI System i would say the 5th and 6th gear (gear indicator) mimic a wrong mapping.
Very strange to me.

A different (uncheck) set of carbs is not a warranty for the right carb Setup.

Have you tried it with the rear wheel in the air? I don't know how great of an idea it is, but if it goes past 7k then it might be an ignition problem right? That seems awfully fast to be spinning on a stand however.

I was thinking about try on the kickstand but im afraid if the wheel slightly touch the floor i can put a hole in the wall.......
I am every with no more ideas
The next step i want to try is to bypass the red stop switch button at the harness, just for peace of mind. Did you guys think it can be the culprit?

Ok, just to write the problem was solved some months ago and i forget to update here the result.
The culprit was the missing crossover tube on the exhaust. With a nexxus 4 into 1 exhaust the bike is able to quickly gain max rpm in any gear. :D
