Does the carb butterflys get full open, no hp limit restrictors?
How does the spark plugs colour looks like, any pics?
Are the carb Diaphragmas seals ok

Ignition and cam timing are ok. No restrictors since the bike is stock and i have the carb setting as per manual grom Kawasaki. The butterflies are working good. And the cable is not sticking. I feel like is something electricalScirocco wrote: Ignition Timing ok?

I am every with no more ideas
The next step i want to try is to bypass the red stop switch button at the harness, just for peace of mind. Did you guys think it can be the culprit?

The culprit was the missing crossover tube on the exhaust. With a nexxus 4 into 1 exhaust the bike is able to quickly gain max rpm in any gear.
